Bracelet of stars

I had an idea. I wanted to put glow in the dark sand granules into a bracelet, like the children's ones you get and fill with coloured sands, so that the glowing ones would look like stars in the dark. So, I set about sourcing the most brightly glowing sand I could find, and the finest black sand I could get (a friend gave me fine sand that had been used in an industrial furnace for castings, so it had been cooked black), and a childrens sand bracelet kit.
I alternated filling it with this glow sand, and the fired sand.

Then, I filled it all up, and sealed the ends of it shut with Glossy Accents, to prevent escapes of sand. Here it is in the light (it's such a strongly glowing powder, it even glows a little in daylight)

And here it is in some shadow (not even full dark, just the shadow of my stairwell)

It'll be on its way soon to a little girl who might hopefully find it exciting: it's a night sky, filled with tiny stars :D
